Idlers Home in Paso Robles is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team! As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the company, working with all customers about our products and services. It will be your job to keep customers happy and build lasting relationships while expanding your knowledge of new company products, services, and policies. You will also be challenged with handling customer complaints and retaining customers through excellent customer service. You will be joining a growing team that has fun, faces challenges together, and is always working together for the betterment of the group.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, answer questions, engage customers with merchandise, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Guide customers to merchandise within the store.
- Organize and maintain an orderly appearance throughout the store floor.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge.
- Contribute to the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Passionately seek out customers in the store.
- Build customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in sales.
- Professional appearance.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Personable and friendly attitude.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Understanding of sales principles.
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour.
