What You'll Do:
As a Private Banker, you will play a pivotal role in delivering first-class financial services to our high-net-worth clients and professionals. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, offering personalized banking, investment, and wealth management solutions. Your ability to understand and anticipate the unique needs of our clients will be key to fostering long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
    • Uncover opportunities to acquire new banking relationships and deepen existing relationships.
    • Ensure clients are informed on the latest products and services and provide personalized financial advice and solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
  2. Business Line Partnership:
    • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and partner with internal specialists to develop customized wealth management plans and other integrated solutions across financial disciplines.
    • Serve as a liaison and direct clients to various departments, including investment strategies, estate planning, tax optimization, and risk management.
    • Foster a culture of continued collaboration and effective partnerships with wealth, trust, commercial banking, and other internal partners.
  3. Client Acquisition and Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
    • Develop strategies to attract and retain high-net-worth clients.
    • Participate in client events, seminars, and networking activities to promote Central Bank's services.
  4. Client Service Excellence:
    • Deliver a superior client experience by providing timely and proactive service.
    • Respond to client inquiries and requests with efficiency and professionalism.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions.
  5. Risk Mitigation:
    • Adhere to all Central Bancompany policies and procedures related to the role and area of business.
    • Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements (Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, E, DD, P, OFAC, etc.). Ensure all transactions and customer relationships are handled in a manner consistent with laws and regulations.
    • Support advisors with risk control (AML, KYC & AAR), preparing investment documents and ensuring overall excellent client experience with support groups.
    • Partner with legal, tax, and estate planning professionals to address complex client needs.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking, retail or commercial banking, wealth management, or financial advisory services.

    • Strong knowledge of financial products and services tailored for high-net-worth clients.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
