What you'll bring

Who You Are:

• Minimum 2 years of paid tax experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities
• Excellent customer service skills

What You Need:

• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
• Dedicated hardwired internet connection
• Willing and available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week

How you will lead

• Assist customers in completing their taxes with Intuit TurboTax products
• Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
• Utilize video communication software to interact with customers
