Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Corporate Recruiter to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the company. Your goal is to attract top talent and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Assist in developing recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Previous recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
