Summary of Responsibilities
o Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
o Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
o Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
o Monitor progress of delivery routes
o Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
o Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Skill Requirements

  • Must-Have:
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Experience in a call center environment
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Ability to handle problem resolution and complaint resolution
  • Preferred:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
    • Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
    • Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
    • Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations

Pay Details: $17.50 to $18.50 per hour
