We are looking for a Senior Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional customer experience to our customers. A successful candidate will interact with our customers via email, phone, chat or social media. Qualified candidates will have excellent problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented and self-motivated. We are looking for professionals who are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer satisfaction. Position: M-F 8am - 4:30pm and every 3rd Saturday 9am - 4:30pm Responsibilities: * Answer calls and emails from customers. * Intake new customer information. * Schedule Designer and Installation appointments. * Open and review e-mail; solve problems; update databases; and verify and process orders and payments. * Follow directions and adhere to guidelines and policies. * Engage in problem solving. * Help customers make decisions. * Help customers with billing and payments issues. * Other administrative duties as needed.
