We pride ourselves on combining the atmosphere of a startup company with the stability and experience of a global leader.Job DescriptionWe’re searching for a Vice President, Group Account Director who will manage the client relationship, partner with senior leadership on high-level strategy and use their deep web knowledge to ensure strategic deliverables.Tasks and responsibilities include:Manage day-to-day client relationship including articulating our view on digital business philosophiesSell new project ideas that align with customer and brand goalsSupport new business initiativesTake ownership of the financials for clients including forecasts, budgets and investmentsAlign business with the appropriate staffHave broad understanding of client’s Industry and customer needsDeliver strategic client presentations and recommendationsDevelop team members by coaching, training and identifying areas for growth Provides direct and consistent feedback on an ongoing basis, encouraging others to learn from mistakesPartners with clients and capability partners to build active brandsInspires client with strong storytelling skillsProvides deliverables within agreed upon deadlinesPartners with clients and operations team to ensure mutual understanding of and agreement to key financial responsibilitiesQualificationsFour year degree10-12 years experience6 years of leadership experience in integrated marketing programs and client relationship management with a digital scopeCreative agency and pharma experience strongly desiredEffective presentation, training and client-facing skillsIn depth communication and written skillsStrong analytic and strategic abilitiesCandidate must be open to travel as neededAdditional InformationThe Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
