Responsibilities include operating extrusion equipment, packaging, roll handling, forklift operation, housekeeping and process/quality checks.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:A high degree of alertness in order to identify safety process and quality problems in assigned production area.Good listening and communication skills required to accomplish assigned tasks.Good written communication skills required to document process conditions and facilitate the transfer of information as required.Ability to acquire, retain and accurately implement a thorough knowledge of production processes.A degree of independent judgementAbility to promote a positive work environment.Qualifications & Skills:High School Diploma or equivalent.Compensation:The starting pay rate is $25.10 per hour.
