Position Overview

You will report to our Chief Marketing Officer. This role will work out of our San Francisco office with the flexibility to mirror her in-office schedule.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily schedule of the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) - coordinate all meetings, including but not limited to team meetings, offsite meetings including customer, partner, and meetings across global time zones.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, process expense reports, and assist with management of budget needs.
- Help manage departmental budgets and expenses. Track spending and generate expense reports. Ensure department bills are paid promptly. Be a point person for departmental purchases. Work with Accounts Payable to ensure department bills are paid in a timely manner.
- Drive the rhythm of the business in close partnership with the Chief of Staff, including agenda management, notes, logistics, and follow-ups.
- Lead, drive, and execute on various team events, socials, offsite meetings, etc. Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events (onsite, offsite, virtual).
- Act as a liaison for assigned executives relaying and exchanging information with others including senior leaders, customers and clients, and other organizations or constituents; provide guidance on the executive's time management.
- Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively assemble the appropriate people and resources to solve problems.
- Field incoming requests, exercise strong judgment and discretion with highly confidential information.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure communication is efficient and clear between teams.
- Organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple work activities with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
- Mentor, coach and provide backup support for other AAs in the department.
- Having a pulse on team morale and needs to cultivate culture and community within the team.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 6+ years' experience providing administrative support to C-level executives.
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally, at least 25%.
- Proven ability to interact in a professional manner with executives, customers, prospects, and internal team and stakeholders.
- Extraordinary time management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, planning, organizational and analytical skills.
The Ideal Candidate
- Organizational Skills: The ability to find answers quickly and keep operations flowing smoothly is essential. Handling multiple tasks at the same time as well as maintain flexibility in response to changing priorities and needs. Extensive experience with arrangement of complex schedules and logistics across multiple time zones. Able to work on multiple projects, lead priorities, and accurately set expectations.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit through Collaboration: Strong desire for constant improvement. Able to remain energetic and positive in a fast-paced and demanding environment. A role model of effective collaboration.
- Influence and Negotiation Skills: Proactive in finding ways to get what the executive needs done in the most efficient way possible. Strong understanding of the organization, corporate governance and what is expected of a C-suite executive – able to guide and be an advisor to the executive in prioritizing time and access.
- Critical Thinking: Actively engage with challenges and seek out innovative solutions. Excellent common sense, ability to make appropriate judgment calls autonomously, and with the ability to anticipate next steps.
- Professional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Understands global nuances to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.

Salary Transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $83,000 and $143,220. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
