In this role, you will assist in planning and evaluating state budgeting and programming, ensuring compliance and efficiency while providing technical consultation to health program administration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Chief in planning and evaluating state planning, programming, and budgeting.
2. Interpret and implement policies and procedures, and recommend departmental policies.
3. Oversee and evaluate planning and budget documents to ensure compliance and efficiency.
4. Provide technical consultation on planning, programming, and budgeting to health program administrators.
5. Conduct studies on program effectiveness and efficiency, and present actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

1. Expertise in budget management, program planning, and evaluation.
2. Proficient in statistical analysis and data evaluation techniques.
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
4. Excellent communication skills for interacting with program managers.
5. College degree with 3.5 years of experience in economics, statistics, or cost-benefit analysis.
