We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with specialized experience in Microsoft 365 and Dataverse. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business transformation by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and providing solutions that leverage the full potential of Microsoft 365 tools and Dataverse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and workflows. Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions using Microsoft 365 and Dataverse.
• Requirements Gathering: Work with internal teams to gather detailed business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and objectives.
• Solution Design: Design and implement solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 apps (such as SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse to enhance business efficiency.
• Data Management: Oversee and manage data stored in Dataverse, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility across integrated systems.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and system configurations. Ensure all project documentation is maintained and up to date.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication of requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Project Management Support: Assist in the management of projects, including timeline tracking, task prioritization, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of solutions.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality of solutions. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that all requirements are met before deployment.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users on the use of new systems or processes implemented through Microsoft 365 and Dataverse solutions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the IT or software development sector.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Teams.
• Experience with Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service) in building and managing data models and workflows.
