Job Duties: The Director of Sales & Brand Growth is responsible for sales growth, community engagement, catering, and social media development, as well as establishing and refining processes in these four areas. Duties specifically include:
- Developing and executing plans to achieve sales growth in areas such as mobile, catering sales, and breakfast sales.
- Ensuring alignment with Operations and Training to execute the plans effectively.
- Developing strong relationships with catering sales and execution teams.
- Identifying, planning, and executing community engagement events outside of the restaurant.
- Building partnerships with organizations within the community that align with our culture and goals.
- Overseeing the Community Engagement Lead to enhance their capacity for executing events and developing team members for community events.
- Participating in the Chamber of Commerce and representing the brand with integrity.
- Managing all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat.
- Serving the Findlay team in all capacities as needed.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least 12 months of experience in marketing and operating social media accounts for an organization, including Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat. Must demonstrate Graphic Design knowledge using a program of choice and have open availability Monday-Saturday.
