Job Requirements / Description

Job Duties: The Director of Sales & Brand Growth is responsible for sales growth, community engagement, catering, and social media development, as well as establishing and refining processes in these four areas. Duties specifically include:

  1. Developing and executing plans to achieve sales growth in areas such as mobile, catering sales, and breakfast sales.
  2. Ensuring alignment with Operations and Training to execute the plans effectively.
  3. Developing strong relationships with catering sales and execution teams.
  4. Identifying, planning, and executing community engagement events outside of the restaurant.
  5. Building partnerships with organizations within the community that align with our culture and goals.
  6. Overseeing the Community Engagement Lead to enhance their capacity for executing events and developing team members for community events.
  7. Participating in the Chamber of Commerce and representing the brand with integrity.
  8. Managing all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat.
  9. Serving the Findlay team in all capacities as needed.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least 12 months of experience in marketing and operating social media accounts for an organization, including Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat. Must demonstrate Graphic Design knowledge using a program of choice and have open availability Monday-Saturday.
