Job Overview: Moxie Pest Control is the fastest growing pest control company in the industry. We’ve been in business for 20 years, but still move like a start-up. We are looking to grow our team to meet the demands of a growing company that is doubling its sales year-over-year. This position requires someone that can work in a fast-paced start-up environment with little direction. Pro-actively finding solutions to problems is key to success in this role. No day will be the same in this role.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day to day tasks of taking care of our salesman. In order to provide a country club experience for our sales team you may be responsible for various salesman tasks including: salesman housing, salesman payroll reports, and any task needed to take care of our salesman. Your tasks may vary based on the needs of the business.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Identify deadlines and find housing that fits the needs and requirements given.
- Prepare salesman payroll and develop scalable strategy to manage.
- Develop a salesman Experience plan.
- Find solutions to problems.
- Be the truth teller of the company by always telling stories with data and facts.
- Daily reporting to leadership.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, and work hours to ensure on time and in budget delivery of projects.
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Basic understanding of G-Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets).
- PMP certification preferred, not required.
- Hands-on experience managing timelines and deliverables.
Payroll
- Ensure sales payroll is completed accurately by the 2nd and 17th of each month.
- Understand all sales payroll processes.
- Ability to use spreadsheets to deliver payroll on time.
- Ensure on time delivery of payroll sheets for salesman with <3% error rate.
- Assist in delivering sales payroll when load is more than team can handle.
- Recover funds from reps that don’t fulfill their agreements.
Housing
- The Housing Manager reports to you. Own housing experience for Sales Reps.
- Communicate to Call Center and Field Operations Sales Arrival Plan.
- House all sales reps in the most economical way.
Data Management
- Maintain the MRR.
- Maintain the Arrival Plan.
Employee Experience
- Take a hands-on approach to supporting and developing leaders.
- Engage with your direct reports through 1:1’s, daily/weekly/monthly check ins as needed, and quarterly reviews.
- Engage with your indirect reports through skip level check ins.
- Drive a culture of constructive feedback and growth.
- Develop and maintain a staffing plan.
Legal
- Make recommendations for changes to our contractor agreements.
- Work with General Counsel to make changes to contractor agreements.
