We are IMMEDIATELY hiring Warehouse Returns Specialists with our client in Fort Worth. These opportunities are available to start IMMEDIATELY following our application and 2-step interview process. This position will help prepare materials based on audit schedule, objectives, and priorities, as well as perform quality analysis on incoming materials. Shift Information : Monday - Friday (Saturdays required if scheduled)

Job Responsibilities


  • Monitor, review, and report on audits of quality systems and procedures.
  • Apply process audit techniques, such as tracing, performance comparison, and risk identification.
  • Identify product and validate quality defect for exchanges. Identify product and process the materials/product by entering all incoming returns into SAP for credit.
  • Document and recommend the disposition of non-conforming material.
  • Participate in problem-solving and process improvement teams.
  • Inspect new product lines at the component and/or finished club level.
  • Check the attributes of all clubs for accuracy.
  • Evaluate condition of product and make determination of warehouse location.
  • Responsible for processing SAP transaction to move inventory into appropriate warehouse.
  • Interact with customer service team via CSRP process for any questions on return authorizations.
  • Oversee the processing of all returns that are sent in without a return authorization number. Research for any open RA. Forward information to returns coordinator to review as necessary.
  • Completes scrap process for damaged exchanges or credits
  • Processes reship RAs for repair or return to customer. Assign grades to all clubs according to CGI standards.
  • Assign clubs for refurbishment based on CGI standards and queries.
  • Use SAP to identify and receive materials, ensure quantities and quality meet requirements, and distribute materials appropriately.
  • Unpack and check goods against purchase orders or invoices, maintaining records of received goods and rejecting unsatisfactory items.
  • Identify all golf clubs manufactured by Callaway Golf and detect defects, dents, shaft burns, non-factory reshafts, and counterfeits.

  • Knowledge of production processes (assembly, inspection, packaging, material handling).
  • Moderate knowledge of general audit terminology.
  • Moderate understanding of variation and common and special causes..
  • Able to apply basic math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), calculate percentages, convert decimals to fractions and fractions to decimals.
  • Basic level skill in any e-mail application, MS Word and Excel, and basic level skill in MS Visio.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Able to effectively lead and work as part of a team.
  • Able to distinguish between a process and a system and understand the relationship between the two.
  • Able to think tactically and strategically, analyze complex information and make recommendations based on analysis.
  • Proficiency in receiving, organizing, and storing materials.
  • Knowledge of SAP- Return Authorization processing
  • General knowledge of current and historical Callaway Golf products
  • General knowledge of the returns flow and delivery process


Associate Requirements

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.50 - $18.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
