Description du poste
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the revenue management functions of the hotel by identifying and determining selling strategies to maximize room revenue. Analyze situations and statistics to gauge demand, pricing and recommend appropriate strategies.
- Communicate these strategies to the sales team and other key departments in a timely fashion.
- Establish and maintain rational pricing strategies for transient, wholesale and group segments.
- Set and monitor group ceilings and target rates.
- Identify future revenue opportunities for the property sales team e.g. source markets trends, seasonal specials, process changes, and communicate strategies and recommendations.
- Develop and execute the hotel’s strategic plan and budget in conjunction with the sales strategy team members.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a full-time Revenue Management position in hospitality or another industry.
- Experience/exposure in the hotel operations and/or in luxury operations.
- Graduate degree in university or school.
- Analytical approach to problem solving, strategic thinker.
- Strong numerical reasoning.
- Strong business acumen.
- Team leader, with the ability to inspire. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Composed and confident in dealing with luxury clientele.
- Command of PMS, CRS, RMS, GDS & channel management systems.
- Good level in Excel and database management.
- Strong knowledge of revenue, pricing, market intelligence digital platforms.

- Leads Revenue Management aspects of strategic planning, marketing planning, budgeting processes, and tactical initiatives across all profit centers (e.g., analyzes for optimal customer mix and applies findings).
- Optimizes the total revenue in the business scope, by creating accurate forecasts and monitoring the global revenue performance of the hotel (by distribution channel, segment, seasons, day patterns…).
- Has a sound understanding of Accor/La Maison RM & Pricing offers in his business scope (specific region, brand, segment...) and beyond (global offers). Builds a RM & Pricing offers’ value proposition for all the hotel revenue streams of the hotel.
- Has full command, administers and is recognized in the hotel as a master user/trainer of RM, Pricing & Distribution systems and data/analytics applications.
- Promotes and acts as an ambassador of Revenue Management & Pricing practice and application in the hotel and beyond (external partners and stakeholders) through decision making, training, mentoring, and the delivery of key presentations.
