Kitchen Director

Are you a highly motivated and friendly leader? As a Director, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations and management of the kitchen. This is a leadership position that requires strong supervisory skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to guests and team members.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
• Provide guidance and support to BOH team members, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory and waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Enforce policies and procedures to enhance overall productivity in the kitchen.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to Chick-fil-A quality standards.
• Keep track of and analyze daily critical reports.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a BOH supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food production processes and food safety regulations.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Pay rate is $26-30 per hour.

• 10 hour shift.
• 8 hour shift.
• Weekend availability.
• Monday to Friday.
