As the Logistics Manager of Brokerage, you will play a key role in expanding our $30M brokerage into a $50M powerhouse by 2025, leading a talented team, and shaping strategies that align with our ambitious growth plans. Job Requirements:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Associate’s Degree required
Experience : 3-5 years in freight brokerage, with at least 1 year in a management role.
Skills : Proficiency in Office 365, Google Suite, McLeod, and tracking software. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Team Development : Coach and develop a team of over 15 professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are:
Experienced Leader : You have 3-5 years of freight brokerage experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial role.
