Role Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to join their expanding Infrastructure team. The role is key in managing and optimizing Windows and Mac systems across global offices, providing both support and project-based work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of Windows and Mac systems on a large scale.
- Utilize Microsoft Intune, JAMF, M365, Windows Server 2022, and Windows 11 to maintain and support endpoint systems.
- Handle in-office IT support, ensuring smooth operation of technology in global offices and conference rooms.
- Provide expert desktop troubleshooting and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by troubleshooting and assisting employees worldwide.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in managing Windows and Mac systems at scale.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Intune, JAMF, M365, Windows Server 2022, and Windows 11.
- Proven experience in in-office IT support, including global office environments.
- Strong background in desktop troubleshooting and customer service.
- Mid- to senior-level experience required (3-5 years minimum).
- A degree in Information Technology and/or A+ certification is mandatory.
- Previous experience in the FinTech sector is not required.
- This is an in-office role.
