Job Description
- Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
- Experience Desired: Lottery Machine Experience, Office skills, Prior Customer Service Experience
- Education Desired: No High School diploma required
- Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
- Age Requirement: At least 16 years of age
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure safety is the top priority for Team Members, guests, and products.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in an efficient and effective manner.
- Assist customers with various services such as applying for loyalty cards and completing transactions.
- Inspire fellow Team Members and provide exceptional product knowledge.
- Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries at the Guest Service Desk.
- Be knowledgeable about store products to assist customers and make recommendations.
- Prioritize guest service and ensure a clean and safe shopping environment.
- Assist in maintaining department cleanliness and work area organization.
- Support other areas of the store as needed.
