As the Kidney Smart educator, you you be leadinginstructor-led kidney disease education classes in neighborhoods across the country. These 90-minuteclasses provide the kidney disease anddialysis knowledgeyou need to take control of your health. In class, you will teach patients: How kidneys function and the common causes of chronic kidney disease (CKD). How medications, diet and nutrition work together to help keep you healthy

We are looking for a teammate that can provide Kidney Smart education classes for patients in person in the Maryland and DC market serving Atlantic Stars regions 2,3 and 5 - candidate must live local.The role also works closely with about 20 physician practices. We are looking for an RD, MSW, or someone with a strong clinical background like an expert PCT. This could be your opportunity to grow with DaVita!

Travel: This role requires travel within assigned geographical area. 50%

Nights/Weekends: The schedule of this role is Monday-Friday with flexible daytime hours
