1. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and enforce coding standards to ensure the highest level of software craftsmanship.
2. Oversee the deployment and monitoring of Merchant acquiring servicing platform, optimizing performance, reliability, scalability, and user experience.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and UX designers, to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
