The Pacific Police Department's mission is to make the City of Pacific a safe place to live, work, and play. Our vision is to be the standard of excellence in small-city policing, proactive, progressive, and professional. The department has 13 full-time and 1 part-time employee, along with a Reserve Police Officer program. Officers participate in regular training activities.
