• Represent 100% of RockwellAutomation and ASPofferings
• Support additionalvendorservicedelivery capabilities based on observed customerbusinessneeds
• Develop PPR goalsand metrics and coordinatewith teamon meeting targets for all areas of services business beyond just Rockwell Automation services
• Annual growth planningand execution
• Serve as domain expert around Services businessand continuously build competency within yourself and your services and sales resources
• Exposure to Industrial IT, Cybersecurity, Analytics and IIoT Platforms, Industrial Control Systems including PLC, HMI/SCADA, plant historian, motor control, motion control (Rockwell Automation or comparable platforms) Outcome based selling experience with understanding of industrial business drivers, Market  development  and program execution experience, Deep understanding of Services and Automation portfolio
• Inspire, influence, lead and communicate across a diverse team not under direct management Regularly overcome objections Customer-centric professional represents company and self
• Annual growth planning and execution including targets, competency, investments                              
• Lead APR focus and performance around overall Services business                                                     
• Serve as domain expert around Services business and continuously build competency within your team and supporting teams

Required Skills

4-year degree or equivalent professional experience

5+ years of sales experience in Industrial Automation, IT or Software fields

Self-motivated and Self-managed

Ability to manage multiple partner relationships while achieving target outcomes
