Reporting to the Director of Product, the Senior Product Manager plays a critical role in roadmap planning and execution and leading cross-functional projects in order to deliver on the product strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and execute on product roadmap, including program delivery and technical roadmap
  • Support internal users on internal application and electronic health record (EHR) system, and prioritize bugs and feature requests
  • Identify and prioritize complex problems that impact multiple product offerings
  • Develop solutions that will help Reema scale

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in product management or relevant experience
  • Experience working with design, engineering and data engineering teams developing software products
  • Strong communication, collaboration and organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize competing problems and balance user needs with business priorities
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects and balancing multiple projects at once
  • Experience working in a high growth startup in an agile environment
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

  • Experience building end-to-end product experiences
  • Experience with tech-enabled services
  • Experience in healthcare or health tech
  • Experience working with providers and electronic health records is a plus
