Maintenance Lead

General Plant/Facility Maintenance and repair. Basic Plumbing, Electrical, Structural, and Carpentry.

A Strong Electrical troubleshooting ability to repair and replace broken, faulty and or worn electrical components on Plant Equipment. A broad ability to repair, replace and diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Ability to put a plan in place and execute the plan efficiently in order to meet deadlines and affect production as little as possible. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of Maintenance with the facility.
• Lead / Direct additional employees in the Maintenance group.
• Maintain all equipment in the facility, while keeping production running. 

Qualifications

• Strong Electrical Background
• Strong Mechanical Background
• Some Knowledge in Pneumatics and Hydraulics
