Hiring Type: Full-Time

Base Salary: $100K-$115K Per Annum.

About The Job

This cloud communication platform is crucial for enabling our driverless robo-taxi service. As an engineer, you will help build the microservices required to ensure reliable, mission-critical communication between our robot and our fleet management cloud services. This is a rare opportunity that will require both product sense and low-level systems thinking using complex network topologies and protocols.

Responsibilities

  1. Experience with TypeScript, Flow or JavaScript.
  2. Experience with Linux, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
  3. Experience with backend systems & frameworks such as Node.js and Express.
  4. Working knowledge of web servers and web technologies.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in an engineering, math, or related field.
  2. Experience with TypeScript, Flow or JavaScript.
  3. Experience with Linux, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
  4. Experience with backend systems & frameworks such as Node.js and Express.
  5. Working knowledge of web servers and web technologies.

Bonus Qualifications

  1. Frontend web experience in a modern framework (such as React, Vue, or Angular).
  2. Experience with C++.
  3. Experience with REACT.
  4. Familiarity with DDS.
  5. Node.js (TypeScript, Express).
