This extremely profitable multi-site business has a very strong EBITDA. They are experiencing significant growth that is outpacing their competitors. They are very acquisitive and expect several additional acquisitions to bring the revenue to the $100M range with an anticipated 2-3-year exit.
This CFO will be a critical member of the CEO's Executive Leadership Team, involved in every aspect of the business. The role oversees the organization's finance team, HR, and IT.
Our ideal candidate has worked in the PE space.
Strongly prefer Southern, CA/Orange County, CA-based candidates. However, we are open to a CFO commuting four days a week or relocating.
