Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Program Associate, you will support the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs and initiatives focused on medical education, which may range from national to state levels. Your role will ensure efficient day-to-day operations and administration of these efforts through your attention to detail and organizational skills.
Key responsibilities include coordinating task forces, workgroups, and events. You will coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and ensure consistent communication to keep stakeholders aligned. You will also support membership programs, including professional development and special interest groups, and assist in analyzing membership data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
In addition, you will contribute to quality improvement efforts by collecting and entering data, performing basic analyses, and generating reports. You will assist in developing and updating program materials, presentations, and proposals for various audiences. Finally, you will maintain program documents, databases, and communication lists to ensure up-to-date and organized resources for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
WHO WE NEED
We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, coupled with at least 3 years of related work experience. Customer service experience and the ability to work effectively in a remote/home-based environment is essential. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and basic data analysis skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Experience working with professional membership programs preferred
Strong teamwork skills are necessary for coordinating effectively within the team and with external stakeholders. A high degree of self-motivation, along with a customer-service mindset, will be crucial for success in this role. Experience with webinar and conference calling systems, as well as meeting/event planning and execution, is required. The candidate should be able to exercise independent judgment, resolve issues efficiently, and have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) and familiarity with data visualization tools will be highly valued.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This is a full-time position with health, dental, vacation and 403(b) benefits. The salary range for this position is $62,000 to $68,000 annually.
