Job Description
- Technical resources for Configuration and Development
- Experience of designing and managing large scale JIRA deployments in software development environments using agile.
- Set up, customize, and manage Jira projects, workflows, schemes, fields, screens, and permissions.
- Create and maintain user accounts, groups, roles, and permissions.
- Install, upgrade, and integrate Jira with other applications and plugins.
- Monitor and optimize Jira performance, security, and backup.
- Provide training, documentation, and guidance to Jira users.
- Analyse and report on Jira usage and metrics.
- Work Jira/Atlassian suite tickets submitted by employees.
- Identify and implement improvements and enhancements for Jira functionality and user experience.
