The Denver office of our firm is seeking a staff attorney to join our highly regarded FDA Medical Device and Technology practice. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience, preferably from a large law firm. This position will principally provide support to lawyers during the entire state licensing submission process from the initial client information-gathering stage through the final submission to, and review by, the respective state regulatory agency, as well as archiving licensure material and documentation, and tracking license renewal dates.
Subject to the supervision of the attorney(s) responsible for the matter, staff attorneys may assist in such tasks as:
- Analysis of state licensing requirements
- Correspondence with state agencies
- Coordinating the acquisition and archiving of client licensure material and documentation
- Submission assembly
- Completing state application forms
- Performing project management tasks
- Assisting with the creation of tools and resources
- Performing maintenance and updates on tools and resources
- Assisting with the development of marketing collateral
- Keeping team members apprised of changes to state licensure laws and requirements
- Performing other regulatory research as required
Preferred candidates will have experience working with regulations and regulatory bodies. All candidates should have a strong knowledge of Microsoft software, Adobe, and/or Nuance. Exceptional attention to detail, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and communication (oral and written) skills are crucial.

Compensation for this role will be competitive, with an annualized salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, depending on the candidate's overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary or an hours-based bonus, consistent with market practice. In addition, this position will be eligible for the firm's fringe benefits as they currently exist.
