As the RCM Director at Pinnacle, you will lead a dedicated team, optimize revenue cycle operations, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration and financial efficiency across our network of clinics.

We are seeking an RCM Director to join our dedicated team onsite in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a full-time position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Oversee the operations of the Central Business Office (CBO) to ensure efficient revenue cycle processes.
  2. Lead the integration of new clinics into the CBO, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with workflows.
  3. Oversee the integration of new technologies and systems to improve revenue cycle management.
  4. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address compliance issues.
  5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate financial risks and ensure adherence to best practices.
  6. Provide direction to teams on revenue cycle processes with analytics reporting to support decisions.
  7. Assess the current state of new clinics’ revenue cycle to develop and execute a plan for integration into CBO operations.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle processes and achieve organizational goals.
  9. Lead, mentor, and support the CBO and RCM teams, fostering a high-performance work environment.
  10. Collaborate with finance, operations, and clinical departments to streamline processes and support business objectives.
  11. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement initiatives based on data analysis.
  12. Communicate regularly with senior management on revenue cycle performance and key insights.
  13. Stay informed on industry trends and regulations to ensure innovative and competitive RCM processes.
  14. Manage special projects within the RCM domain, ensuring timely completion and alignment with goals.
  15. Other duties and projects as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  2. 7+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level role.
  3. Proven experience managing healthcare CBO and RCM operations, with a strong understanding of medical billing, coding, and reimbursement processes.
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams across multiple locations, including virtual teams.
  5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  6. In-depth knowledge of healthcare compliance, including HIPAA regulations.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$120,000 - $160,000 annually

The compensation range for this position is between $120,000 and $160,000 per year. Final salary offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications.
