Program Director

Searching for a seasoned and strategic Program Director to lead our tech transformation initiatives, with a focus but not limiting on SAP and Salesforce environments. You will be responsible for overseeing large-scale, complex programs with budgets exceeding millions of dollars. This role requires exceptional leadership, collaboration, and program management skills to guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders across diverse regions, employing Agile methodologies for successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and execution of strategic tech transformation programs focused on SAP and Salesforce implementations.
2. Develop and maintain clear program roadmaps, timelines, and budgets, ensuring program alignment with business objectives.
3. Manage program risks and dependencies, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues.
4. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented program team, empowering and motivating team members.
5. Lead and manage cross-functional teams comprised of IT, business stakeholders, and potentially external vendors.
6. Effectively communicate program progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management and stakeholders across regions.
7. Champion the adoption of Agile methodologies within the program, ensuring efficient and adaptable project delivery.
8. Manage and track program budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial plans.
9. Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement.
10. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in SAP, Salesforce, and program management best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 10+ years of experience in program management, ideally with a proven track record of success in leading large-scale, complex IT programs.
2. Demonstrated experience in managing SAP and/or Salesforce implementations, with a strong understanding of their functionalities.
3. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic program plans, manage budgets, and ensure successful project delivery within timelines and scope.
4. Experience working in a matrix environment and effectively managing cross-functional teams with diverse skillsets.
5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across various stakeholders and regions.
6. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide program teams.
7. Experience and understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) for project management.
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
