We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Specialist to join a Cisco Gold and Fortinet Expert partner for a prestigious network security upgrade and installation project within the aerospace sector. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting–edge technologies and contribute to a high–profile industry initiative. The successful candidate will provide Level 3 network security support and play a key role in firewall implementation and upgrade projects. The position is based in Toulouse, with a requirement to be on–site three days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 3 network security support, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of network systems.
- Participate in firewall implementation projects, working with next–generation firewalls such as FortiGate and Palo Alto, ensuring timely and effective project delivery.
- Collaborate with the Network Security team to understand business and technical requirements and deliver tailored network security solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network security issues, providing expert guidance and technical support.
- Document and maintain network security configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in network security technologies and apply best practices to maintain a secure infrastructure.
Must Haves:
- Proven experience in Level 3 network security support, with a solid understanding of network security principles and protocols.
- Hands–on experience with next–generation firewalls, specifically FortiGate and Palo Alto.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network security issues.
