Network Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled MSP Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network solutions for our diverse client base. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide top-notch support and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement network infrastructure solutions for clients.
• Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring high availability and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to support and enhance client environments.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients on network-related queries.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and changes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer in an MSP environment.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, switches, and routers (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
• CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking certification is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
