Join our journey!Marketing Specialist for Events & Engagements, Sabre Travel SolutionsWe are looking for a motivated marketer to join our Customer Marketing team. Based at our global headquarters in Southlake, Texas, and working with colleagues across The Americas, EMEA, and APAC, you will help support marketing initiatives that drive business goals and deliver great customer experiences.As a Marketing Specialist, your focus will be on coordinating event and engagement activities that support pipeline growth, brand awareness, and relationship-building. You’ll assist in managing all aspects of the event lifecycle, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis, for Sabre-hosted, customer-led, and industry events.The ideal candidate should have a background in marketing, with an understanding of event planning and execution, and a passion for delivering high-quality experiences. You should also be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, organizing projects, and supporting multiple stakeholders to help meet event goals. Strong communication and project management skills are key to success in this role.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and execution of regional event marketing strategies by:Collaborating with internal teams to align event plan and activities with business objectivesSupporting negotiations and coordinating sponsorships with external partnersEmploying promotional tactics to maximize engagementCoordinate event logistics, including:Managing project timelines, touchpoints, and budgets to ensure smooth executionAssisting with the design and branding of event materials, ensuring a cohesive customer experienceSupporting the creation and distribution of event communications, such as landing pages, emails, and social media postsMeasuring and reporting on event performance and suggesting improvementsHandling branded asset procurement and shipment for sales-led events as part of the "Event in a Box" programAssisting with budget management, including invoicing, forecasting, and reconciliationOperate autonomously, effectively managing multiple projects and responsibilities to ensure events are delivered on time and with impactWhat will you achieve?You will contribute to impactful marketing efforts, helping Sabre meet commercial goals and maximize marketing investments.
