Intellectual Property Transactions Associate - New York

Our client is a major international firm, seeking a junior to mid-level associate for its Intellectual Property practice in New York. This position will compensate starting at $235k+.

Qualifications

• Ideally 4 years of experience in Intellectual Property matters, including negotiation and drafting of licenses and other related IP agreements related to technology and brands.
• The firm will also considers candidates with 2-3 years of experience.
• Experience with corporate matters related to Intellectual Property, including joint ventures, emerging technologies, and data-driven matters.
• Excellent academic credentials required.
• Superior writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• New York bar admission (or ability to become admitted).
