The Marketing Technology Product Owner I position plays a key role in overseeing the marketing technologies that ensure efficient operations. Our primary event management tools are essential for delivering top-tier virtual events that meet our business goals. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to guarantee that our event technology aligns with business needs and provides a smooth experience for participants. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a comprehensive knowledge of various platforms, a strong focus on user experience, and a passion for virtual event management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Ensure effective utilization of assigned products and, operating as administrator, train and support both users and stakeholders.

  2. Continuously work to improve product ROI by communicating product road maps to internal users and educate them on the benefits and application of enhancements.

  3. Strategize on the integration of the marketing technology stack to provide the best user experience and the most convenience for customers and associates.

  4. Monitor data quality within marketing technology products.

  5. Act as a subject matter expert on assigned products, including performing technical reviews, leading product evaluation processes, and making informed recommendations to Marketing leadership.

  6. Bridge the gap between pain point identification and solution selection while empathizing and collaborating with stakeholders.

  7. Manage relationship with assigned vendors, integration partners, and technical resources. This includes maintaining vendor contracts, contact information, and communication activity within the CRM tool.

  8. Present about solutions or industry trends to internal or external audiences as needed.

Salary range for this role is: $55,000-$65,000

EDUCATION :

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Marketing, IT, or Business preferred).

EXPERIENCE :

  1. Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience.

  2. Experience utilizing technology focused on marketing or customer experience.

  1. High level of communication skills (verbal, presentation, and written).

  2. Established track record of cross-functional project management or cross-team collaboration skills.

  3. Ability to grasp technical concepts and convert that knowledge into recommendations and technology evolution.

  4. Strategic perspective and good judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

  5. Ability to perform a variety of tasks and a high volume of projects.

  6. Wide degree of creativity.

  7. People and decision-making skills.
