Position Overview: As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, evaluating, and securing top-tier talent to support the growth and success of (Your Company Name). This is an onsite position based in Miami and West Palm, Florida, requiring a hands-on approach to identify and engage with high-caliber candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial requisition to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including but not limited to networking, social media, job boards, and industry events, to identify and attract top talent.
- Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with the organization's values.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies and contribute to the overall success of the talent acquisition function.
- Metrics and Reporting: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track and report on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in both Miami and West Palm.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of Recruiting Experience: Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and placing high-quality candidates.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with (industry) and understanding of the skills and qualifications required for success in the field.
