JOB TITLE: Marketing Project Manager

 

REPORTS TO: Marketing Director

 

DIRECT REPORTS: Not Applicable

 

POSITION SUMMARY: DVCR is seeking a Marketing Project Manager with experience working in either a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or Site Management Organization (SMO) setting to oversee the development, execution, and management of comprehensive marketing plans to support the promotion of DVCR’s clinical trial services (B2B marketing). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Develop and execute marketing plans to drive lead generation and brand awareness

·        Plan, organize, guide, and control omnichannel campaigns and projects

·        Manage production of marketing materials, ensuring quality standards and brand guidelines

·        Create reports on campaign performance and industry trends, offering optimization insights

·        Monitor the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize ROI

·        Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities

·        Other duties as required

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

·        7+ years of experience at an agency or corporate marketing department

·        3+ years of experience at a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or Site Management Organization

·        Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or a related field

·        Proven experience with digital marketing functions such as SEO/SEM/PPC, social media advertising and email marketing

·        Proficiency in website management platforms, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

·        Excellent project management skills

·        Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making

·        Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
