Job Description:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial General Manager to lead our U.S. expansion. This critical leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing a smart go-to-market (GTM) strategy, setting up a high-performance team, and driving rapid retail expansion across the country. You will have full ownership of the U.S. market, helping to position NOAT as a brand market leader in the category while delivering exceptional results across retail, q-commerce, and online channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the U.S., ensuring NOAT's products are positioned for success.
  • Brand Integrity & Ethical Standards : Uphold NOAT’s commitment to responsible marketing by ensuring the brand does not target youth or non-nicotine users.
  • Team Building : Recruit, lead, and inspire a world-class team that will drive sales, marketing, and operations to deliver rapid market expansion.
  • Retail & Distribution : Establish strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and q-commerce platforms to get our products listed and create an omnichannel shelf presence.
  • Marketing, PR & partnerships : Ensure NOAT generates earned media through desirable channels and outlets, developing an efficient PR strategy and building a network of relevant collaborators.
  • Operational Oversight : Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales performance, distribution logistics, and regulatory compliance.
  • Market Expansion : Identify and explore new growth opportunities in untapped channels and regions to scale the business.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for U.S. market activities, engaging with key stakeholders, partners, and investors.
  • Performance Management : Continuously monitor sales performance, gather customer insights, and adjust strategies to optimize market entry and expansion.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all operations meet U.S. regulatory standards, managing risks effectively.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
