We are working with an industry-leading, global hospitality group, who are looking to bring onboard an IT Manager for their Manhattan location. You will the face of IT, taking ownership of all things IT. You will be their working with end-users and guests, to ensure their environment is operating at its optimum performance. You will be responsible for triaging and resolving mission-critical incidents, whilst maintaining server and network infrastructure.


They are looking for someone with a real passion for technology to come in and add value. They want someone who is keen to make recommendations, engaging in continuous improvement and implement new policies and procedures, to improve the overall performance of their environment. Experience needed?

⭐ Previous experience working in the hospitality industry is highly desirable.

⭐ 3+ years of experience in a support-focused role.

⭐ A good understanding of networking & security fundamentals.

⭐ Experience working across the MS stack, in a predominantly Windows environment.
