What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue growth within assigned districts
- Manage and develop a sales team of 50-70 professionals, ensuring performance accountability
- Collaborate with various leadership teams to drive effective sales processes and coaching
- Oversee sales pipeline health, utilizing CRM systems for accurate forecasting and reporting
- Lead contact management strategies to ensure consistent client engagement and sales target achievement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in sales and sales leadership, with 4-6 years in direct client relationship management
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on accountability and team empowerment
- Strong strategic thinking, account planning, and sales negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Four-year degree required; JD plus MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
