What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Build and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue growth within assigned districts
  2. Manage and develop a sales team of 50-70 professionals, ensuring performance accountability
  3. Collaborate with various leadership teams to drive effective sales processes and coaching
  4. Oversee sales pipeline health, utilizing CRM systems for accurate forecasting and reporting
  5. Lead contact management strategies to ensure consistent client engagement and sales target achievement

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 8+ years of experience in sales and sales leadership, with 4-6 years in direct client relationship management
  2. Proven leadership skills with a focus on accountability and team empowerment
  3. Strong strategic thinking, account planning, and sales negotiation skills
  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  5. Four-year degree required; JD plus MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
