Title: Real Estate Attorney

Location: Boca Raton, FL or Palm Beach, FL

A mid-sized law firm is looking for an experienced Senior Attorney with commercial real estate finance experience, including lender and borrower side transactions. The ideal person will have experience with leverage transactions, preferred equity and joint ventures is a plus.

• 5-10 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney
• Florida Bar admission required
• Excellent academic credentials are a must
• Strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate directly with clients required
• Experience in an AM Law firm desired

Expected compensation: 275-450K, commensurate with experience
