Director of IT

KGS Buildings, Inc. d/b/a Clockworks Analytics seeks two (2) Director of IT. The Director of IT is responsible for:

1. IT operations
2. Administering internal software and operating systems
3. Configuration of hardware and network systems
4. DNS and certificate management
5. Cybersecurity policies and processes
6. Security training
7. Support for Azure infrastructure and DevOps
8. Overall compliance with standards related to security and privacy
9. Overseeing other IT staff in executing functions
10. Supporting internal teams with their IT needs, ranging from server infrastructure support to software licensing support

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, computer information systems, electronics engineering, telecommunications engineering, or similar with 12 months experience as IT Administrator, Systems Administrator, Computer Network Support Specialists, Computer User Support Specialists or similar.

Must have demonstrable knowledge of: Azure IaaS and PaaS, FEDRAMP, GDPR, ISO27001, and BACnet protocol networking and configuration.

Place of Employment: Boxborough, MA 01719. This role is WFH eligible. Hours: 9am – 5pm, M–F.
