Senior Leasing Attorney

Job Overview:
A prominent law firm is seeking a seasoned attorney with at least eight years of expertise in commercial lease negotiations to join its Real Estate Group. This role provides the opportunity to engage in high-impact legal work while fostering professional growth.

Duties:

1. Lead the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases and related documents, including term sheets and letters of intent.
2. Supervise junior leasing attorneys and coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and brokers.
3. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
4. Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables while meeting client expectations.
5. Cultivate positive working relationships within the team and with external partners.
6. Adhere to all firm policies and engage in both sedentary and active tasks as required.
7. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial leasing.
2. Proven track record in drafting and negotiating leases for diverse property types.
3. Strong background in representing landlords.

Education:

1. Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications:

1. Admitted to practice in California
