POSITION AVAILABLE : Autism Specialist - Part-time
POSITION LOCATION : Southwest West Central Service Cooperative (SWWC), with placement in Southwest Minnesota area.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES : The Autism Specialist assists educational teams in the identification and assessment process, development of the IEP, inservice training, planning and assisting teams with implementing evidence-based strategies and interventions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : Bachelor's Degree and moderate experience in a job-related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a job-related field; Valid Minnesota Licensure from MN Professional Educator Licensing Standards Board (PELSB); ASD or ABS licensure preferred. Valid Driver's License.
CONTRACT/SALARY : 92-day contract for the 2024-2025 school year. Salary dependent upon education, qualifications, and experience. Position to begin immediately.
