A true one-stop shop, we offer a full portfolio of electrified and internal combustion vehicles designed to integrate seamlessly with the Ford Pro ecosystem, helping customers' businesses thrive today and into the new era of electrification.The Ford Pro Fleet Success Team will provide sales and service support for commercial fleet customers contracting for our commercial services, support will be provided for commercial customers purchasing commercial fleet software & services.What You’ll Do…Support customer onboarding on assigned product/service, including assistance with initial product setup and training on how to use the product.Support and coordinate the movement of vehicles, including quotes, pickup, delivery, and storage.Single point of contact for company car program support, including vehicle assignments, ordering, logistics, and disposal.Provide monthly updates on new features or functionality of the product you are assigned and identify opportunities to educate customers on other products the Ford Pro Team offers.Assist customers with maximizing the value that they receive from the products and services being delivered. Monitor usage, offer and provide training on functionality not being utilized by the fleet customer.Provide the management team with insights into how customers use your assigned product. What they like, don’t like, and new functionality that would help them better manage their vehicle fleet.Escalate customer concerns and maintain customer open issues tracking and drive to resolutionSupport sales in any sales efforts needed to sell assigned product/service.Support developing sales & marketing material for your assigned product/service.You'll have...3+ years of experience with sales and service support2+ years of administrative experience2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel1+ year of experience with vehicle ordering and delivery cycle processes.Even better, you may have...Highly motivated, self-starter with ability to think creatively and operate in a dynamic white space environment, specifically as it concerns solution development.Strong interpersonal skills, both for building relationships with clients and effectively communicating with other members of the sales team.Comfortable working without assigned swim lanes in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment.Ability to identify business needs and effectively communicate needs to a product development team.Courageous and persuasive in pursuit of doing what's right for the customer and the business.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Prior experience working for a Fleet Management Company preferred.Prior experience in Operations and Product Management preferred.Prior sales or service contact experience with Dealers and / or Commercial Fleet customers is beneficial, but not required.Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is beneficial, but not required.You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice.
