Come join our journey.We will consider all remote US candidates for this role with a preference for those that are either located in or willing to travel on a semi-regular basis to the Denver-Colorado area where the team is primarily located.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Get To Do:Customer Onboarding and TrainingGuide new customers through the onboarding and deployment process, as applicable, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of our connected vehicle data ecosystem products, services.Conduct training sessions, both one on one and group, to educate customers on how to effectively use our software.Customer Engagement and Relationship ManagementProactively engage with customers on a regular basis to understand their needs and challenges.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to become a trusted advisor and advocate for the customer within our company.Customer Success Planning and ExecutionCollaborate with customers to develop and execute success plans that align with their business goals.Monitor customer success metrics and proactively take actions to address any risks to their satisfaction or renewal.Product Adoption and Upsell and Cross sell OpportunitiesDrive adoption of new features and functionalities among existing customers.Identify opportunities for upselling or cross selling additional products or services based on customer needs.Customer Feedback and Issue ResolutionGather feedback from customers to continuously improve our product and services.Escalate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfactionScopeBudget, employees direct and indirect and other resources managed.QualificationsWhat You'll Bring:Education and Experience4-year college degree or equivalent additional experienceMinimum of 5-years working for a company or agency within the transportation industry10+ years of experience in a customer facing role delivering and supporting software and SaaS productsPrior experience analyzing needs, developing and delivering related software training and materialsDemonstrated experience successfully retaining and upselling customer accountsCompetenciesAdvanced competency in Microsoft applicationsAdvanced presentation and data visualization capabilitiesA true team player, flexible about your roleLearn quickly and are excited to take on challenging new projectsExcellent problem solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and identify existing or potential problemsA consultative approach focused on value realization and outcome delivery on sometimes tight deadlinesHappiest when working in an innovative space with othersHave high quality goals, look for ways to make improvementsFamiliarity and prior experience with Smartsheets or Salesforce a plusCommunicationsHighly collaborativeClear, concise and timely communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to remain organized and self directed in a fast paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex topics in a friendly and approachable manner and present effectively to all stakeholder levelsMust have the ability to effectively and appropriately interface and communicate with a variety of individuals or groups on a frequent basis.Other RequirementsTravel up to 30 percent (domestic)BENEFITS & PERKS – WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:Panasonic prioritizes total wellbeing. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
