This role involves overseeing client funds entering and exiting the firm, handling investment and insurance transactions, managing client requests, and utilizing CRM software. Performance-based sales bonuses and incentives are available.
Responsibilities
- Processing applications for IRAs, brokerage accounts, insurance, etc.
- Creating client profiles in CRM
- Managing CRM
- Assisting the client with rollover calls
- Gathering client data in advance in preparation for financial planning meetings
Qualifications
- A strong command of technology and Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Organizational skills with high attention to detail for client files
- Self-starter who has the initiative to create efficiency and production without micromanagement
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Compensation
$52,000 yearly + bonus
