AECOM/Hunt has a need for an experienced Warehouse/Facilities Specialist in our Phoenix, AZ facility:

  • Keeps Management advised as to status of assignment(s) with respect to schedule, budgets, delays and adverse problems.
  • With assistance from the Facilities Manager, prioritize repair requests on a weekly basis
  • Keep a log of repairs, status, and completion dates, and submit it to the Facilities Manager on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and purchase needed supplies on approval of the Facilities Manager.
  • Provides technical assistance and guidance to team members.
  • Assists in the training and evaluation of assigned technical personnel.
  • Receive incoming equipment, prepare laptops for distribution by installing computer software.
  • Prepare outbound shipments as required; daily.
  • Operate AECOM vehicle to transport items from warehouse – requires valid US drivers license and DMV medical card.
  • Frequent lifting and moving of warehouse items up to 100 lbs with minimal assistance.
  • Interact with dispatchers regarding logistics of inventory items.
  • Ability to obtain forklift operation certification.
  • Manage document storage process – requires lifting and moving document retention boxes, drawing bags, and jobsite specific samples; weekly.
  • Receive orders for the warehouse, utilize moving dollies/hand truck to place items into warehouse.
  • Utilize computer software daily (Microsoft Office Suite) (CMiC).

Minimum Requirement:

  • BA/BS and 4 years of related experience OR AA/AS and 6 years of experience OR HS/GED and 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Valid US Drivers' License.
  • Ability to acquire DMV medical card.
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification

Preferred Requirements:

  • Computer software experience, upgrading software and testing.
  • Prior experience in preparing computer devices for distribution.
  • Accounting knowledge (prepare and process invoices for payment).
  • Knowledge of document storage protocols.
  • Fleet management experience.
  • Experience in logistics, LTL, dispatching.
  • Valid Driver’s License to operate an AECOM provided motor vehicle to support project tasks assignments and scope of work. For positions with driving responsibilities, Motor Vehicle Records are reviewed as part of AECOM’s background check process to ensure compliance with the Company’s driving standards.
